As a partner at Shekter Rosete Law, I represent people whose lives have been turned upside down by injury, injustice, and institutional failure. Whether it's a complex medical malpractice claim, a catastrophic crash, or an insurance company playing games, I fight to make sure my clients' voices are heard—and their cases are taken seriously.
Before joining my law school classmate to form Shekter Rosete Law, I spent six years as an associate at a boutique civil litigation firm in Albuquerque, where I helped secure multi-million dollar settlements, appellate wins, and real-world policy changes that improved lives beyond the courtroom.
Outside the courtroom, I give back to the legal community as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law. I also serve as Editor-in-Chief of The New Mexico Trial Lawyer and sit on the board of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association—because I believe good lawyering starts with strong community.
I earned my J.D. with honors from the UNM School of Law in 2017, where I received the Dean's Award for Service to the Law School Community. After graduating, I clerked for the New Mexico Supreme Court.
My mission is simple: to use the law as a tool for justice, service, and positive change.
